There may be a few countries in which AdBlock VPN may encounter installation, payment, or performance issues. These include the embargoed countries of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Crimea region of Ukraine (under Russian occupation).
Additionally, while it should be possible to install and pay for AdBlock VPN in Belarus, China, Egypt, Iraq, Myanmar, Oman, Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, and United Arabs Emirates, there may be issues with performance that are outside of our control.
Due to new cybersecurity regulations in India, The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) recently announced that, effective June 27, 2022, it will require all VPN providers to log information such as email addresses, IP addresses, time stamps, and more. This information must then be stored for a minimum of 5 years. We are committed to keeping our customers’ data private and this directive is incompatible with our No-Log VPN policy. As a result, we have ended India server access to all users, regardless of location. However, all users will still be able to use our VPN while traveling outside of India.
We are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you encounter any issues while using AdBlock VPN in any of these countries.
