AdBlock VPN Version 4 is now available. If you're having trouble connecting, please install the latest version: Install AdBlock VPN.
If you're seeing a connection error or having trouble connecting, try the following steps:
Adjust your connection settings

Try a different server location. If you see a "VPN cannot connect to server" error, the issue may be temporary. Switch to a different location and try again.

Switch protocols. Go to Settings > Protocol and select a different protocol. Some networks block certain protocols, so trying an alternative may resolve the issue. For a breakdown of the different protocols, please see: User Guide: AdBlock VPN.

Check for another active VPN. AdBlock VPN cannot run alongside another VPN. Make sure all other VPN connections are disabled before connecting.
Quick fixes

Sign out of your account, then sign back in and try connecting again.

Close AdBlock VPN completely, reopen it, and try connecting again.

Restart your device.
Last resort
Reinstall AdBlock VPN and restart your device before installing again.
