Banking and financial sites
Banking and financial sites often block VPN traffic as a fraud prevention measure. While it may seem like using a VPN with your bank would add an extra layer of security, banks already use strong encryption and fraud detection on their end — and VPN traffic can actually trigger their security systems and lock you out.
To access these sites, disable the VPN temporarily by selecting Disconnect. Connect again when you’re done.
Windows apps
Some Windows apps — including Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Adobe Cloud — can experience connection issues when a VPN is active.
